El Consejo de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n (CIC) de Hong Kong se cre\u00f3 con la funci\u00f3n principal de forjar un consenso sobre cuestiones estrat\u00e9gicas a largo plazo, transmitir las necesidades y aspiraciones de la industria al Gobierno, as\u00ed como proporcionar un canal de comunicaci\u00f3n al Gobierno para solicitar asesoramiento sobre todas las cuestiones relacionadas con la construcci\u00f3n. El CIC se desarroll\u00f3 como Centro de Excelencia para BIM, formulando estrategias para la transformaci\u00f3n del mercado y promoviendo la colaboraci\u00f3n interdisciplinaria y una mayor adopci\u00f3n de BIM. El CIC presta apoyo a la industria en cinco aspectos: promoci\u00f3n de la adopci\u00f3n de BIM, capacitaci\u00f3n, normas, directrices y especificaciones, certificaci\u00f3n del personal BIM y acreditaci\u00f3n de cursos BIM, e investigaciones relacionadas con BIM utilizando el Fondo de Investigaci\u00f3n del CIC.<\/p>\n
Con el apoyo del Gobierno de la Regi\u00f3n Administrativa Especial de Hong Kong y otras partes interesadas del sector local de la construcci\u00f3n, la adopci\u00f3n de BIM en Hong Kong ha crecido en tama\u00f1o, extensi\u00f3n y profundidad en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. El creciente flujo de informaci\u00f3n BIM de los proyectos requiere software y hardware de aplicaci\u00f3n adecuados, normas BIM y, en particular, personal con conocimientos BIM adecuados para gestionar y coordinar los proyectos.<\/p>\n
Para responder a las expectativas del sector, el CIC ha preparado ejemplos de funciones, cualificaciones y requisitos de experiencia para la contrataci\u00f3n de Gestores BIM, Coordinadores BIM y Modeladores BIM. Los posibles empleadores pueden adaptar el material de referencia al tama\u00f1o, la naturaleza y la complejidad de sus proyectos, as\u00ed como a los requisitos de cada puesto.<\/p>\n
