Hace una d\u00e9cada, BIM no era m\u00e1s que una palabra de moda. Desde entonces, muchos actores locales lo han adoptado cada vez m\u00e1s. El Departamento de Obras P\u00fablicas (PWD), consciente de sus ventajas, ha institucionalizado el proceso BIM desde 2007. Obviamente, los esfuerzos realizados est\u00e1n en consonancia con las metas y objetivos previstos para Malasia en el Programa de Transformaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica (ETP), el Und\u00e9cimo Plan de Malasia (RMK11) y el Programa de Transformaci\u00f3n de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n (CITP).<\/p>\n<p>La Gu\u00eda BIM 4: Ejecuci\u00f3n es la continuaci\u00f3n de las tres gu\u00edas BIM publicadas anteriormente: Gu\u00eda BIM 1 (Sensibilizaci\u00f3n), Gu\u00eda BIM 2 (Preparaci\u00f3n) y Gu\u00eda BIM 3 (Adopci\u00f3n). Este libro contiene directrices espec\u00edficas para la implementaci\u00f3n de BIM, necesarias para mejorar la direcci\u00f3n de la adopci\u00f3n de BIM a nivel nacional. Tambi\u00e9n proporciona una direcci\u00f3n y un marco para iniciar procesos BIM en sus respectivas organizaciones. La Gu\u00eda BIM sirve como recurso para los responsables pol\u00edticos, los agentes de la industria, los acad\u00e9micos y los investigadores con el fin de avanzar hacia una implementaci\u00f3n BIM m\u00e1s eficaz en Malasia. Este Plan de Ejecuci\u00f3n BIM sirve como directriz y referencia para que los agentes de la construcci\u00f3n implanten y ejecuten BIM en sus proyectos. Esta iniciativa forma parte de la estrategia para ayudar a los agentes del sector a pasar del nivel 1 de BIM al nivel 2 en 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Esta Gu\u00eda BIM se divide en tres partes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Parte 1: Introducci\u00f3n al Plan de Ejecuci\u00f3n BIM<\/li>\n<li>Parte 2: Estudio de caso sobre la implementaci\u00f3n de BIM &#8211; Departamento de Obras P\u00fablicas (PWD) y SIME Darby Property Sdn.
