La BCA supervisa \u00e1reas como la seguridad, la calidad, la inclusi\u00f3n, la sostenibilidad y la productividad, todo lo cual, junto con sus partes interesadas y socios, le permite cumplir su misi\u00f3n de transformar el sector del entorno construido y dar forma a un entorno construido habitable e inteligente para Singapur. BCA lidera la transformaci\u00f3n del sector del entorno construido mediante el desarrollo de una mano de obra profesional altamente competente, la adopci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas productivas y revolucionarias, y la promoci\u00f3n de los conocimientos especializados del sector en el extranjero.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de este documento es ofrecer una gu\u00eda de inicio r\u00e1pido para ayudar a las organizaciones a poner en marcha su proceso de adopci\u00f3n de BIM. La plantilla sigue el modelo de las siete categor\u00edas del Marco de Calidad de los Servicios de Singapur, que ayuda a las organizaciones a avanzar hacia pr\u00e1cticas de excelencia empresarial en BIM. Las siete categor\u00edas del Marco de Calidad de los Servicios de Singapur son las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liderazgo<\/li>\n<li>Planificaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Informaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Personas<\/li>\n<li>Procesos<\/li>\n<li>Clientes<\/li>\n<li>Resultados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El plan de adopci\u00f3n de BIM de la organizaci\u00f3n debe contar con el respaldo de la alta direcci\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n y revisarse y perfeccionarse peri\u00f3dicamente para supervisar y guiar a la organizaci\u00f3n en su avance hacia la adopci\u00f3n satisfactoria de BIM. Este documento orientativo ayuda a cualquier organizaci\u00f3n en este cambio y ofrece asesoramiento sobre el mejor enfoque para la implementaci\u00f3n.
