La Autoridad de Edificaci\u00f3n y Construcci\u00f3n (BCA) aboga por el desarrollo y la transformaci\u00f3n del sector del entorno construido para mejorar el entorno vital de Singapur. La BCA supervisa \u00e1reas como la seguridad, la calidad, la inclusi\u00f3n, la sostenibilidad y la productividad, todo lo cual, junto con sus partes interesadas y socios, le permite cumplir su misi\u00f3n de transformar el sector del entorno construido y dar forma a un entorno construido habitable e inteligente para Singapur. BCA lidera la transformaci\u00f3n del sector del entorno construido mediante el desarrollo de una mano de obra profesional altamente competente, la adopci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas productivas y revolucionarias, y la promoci\u00f3n de los conocimientos especializados del sector en el extranjero. La Gu\u00eda BIM de Singapur ha sido redactada por el Grupo de Trabajo de la Gu\u00eda BIM en nombre de BCA y el Comit\u00e9 Directivo BIM.<\/p>\n
Se trata de una gu\u00eda de referencia que describe las funciones y responsabilidades de los miembros del proyecto a la hora de utilizar BIM en las distintas fases del mismo.<\/p>\n
