Para promover la introducci\u00f3n de BIM en B\u00e9lgica y armonizar su implementaci\u00f3n en los proyectos, el Instituto Belga de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Construcci\u00f3n (BBRI, por su sigla en ingl\u00e9s) ha desarrollado, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Cluster BIM (un conjunto de organizaciones del sector), el protocolo y plan de ejecuci\u00f3n BIM belgas (protocole et plan d’ex\u00e9cution BIM belges). Se aplican a los proyectos de construcci\u00f3n y est\u00e1n disponibles en franc\u00e9s y neerland\u00e9s. Son el resultado de la colaboraci\u00f3n de experimentados profesionales de la construcci\u00f3n de diversos campos, as\u00ed como de federaciones y organizaciones profesionales como Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration Construction, Bouwunie, NAV (Netwerk Architecten Vlaanderen) y ORI (Oficinas de Ingenier\u00eda y Consultor\u00eda)<\/p>\n
El uso de BIM en un proyecto de construcci\u00f3n requiere una estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n entre los distintos socios, que se basa en una buena comunicaci\u00f3n y acuerdos claros. Estos se definen y recogen en un protocolo BIM y un plan de ejecuci\u00f3n BIM. Para ayudar a los socios del proyecto a redactar estos documentos de forma coherente, el Instituto Belga de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Construcci\u00f3n (BBRI) ha elaborado, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la industria, una serie de documentos de referencia. La plantilla general y la gu\u00eda que la acompa\u00f1a servir\u00e1n de base com\u00fan para todos los proyectos BIM, aunque se realicen adaptaciones en funci\u00f3n de las especificidades de cada proyecto.<\/p>\n
