El manual BIM se estructura en dos vol\u00famenes, junto con documentaci\u00f3n adicional y ap\u00e9ndices. El primer volumen recoge los aspectos metodol\u00f3gicos y estrat\u00e9gicos que se han adoptado para llevar a cabo una implementaci\u00f3n efectiva. El segundo volumen ofrece una gu\u00eda precisa para desarrollar, a nivel pr\u00e1ctico, toda la metodolog\u00eda aplicada en los diferentes contratos de dise\u00f1o, construcci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de infraestructuras ferroviarias.
