El grupo y el comit\u00e9 han desarrollado plantillas BIM para apoyar la implementaci\u00f3n de m\u00e9todos de trabajo digitales en proyectos p\u00fablicos de construcci\u00f3n residencial. Se trata de plantillas de documentos universales que pueden utilizarse en proyectos de construcci\u00f3n p\u00fablicos y privados. Este conjunto de 12 plantillas BIM se cre\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de todas las partes interesadas (dise\u00f1adores, ingenieros, contratistas generales, ministerios, etc.), que tuvieron la oportunidad de presentar comentarios y propuestas de soluciones para utilizar en estos documentos. El conjunto BIM incluye: L\u00e9xico BIM Descripci\u00f3n general de la plantilla de requisitos BIM (EIR) Plantilla de requisitos BIM (EIR) Descripci\u00f3n general de la plantilla del Plan BIM (BEP) Plantilla del Plan BIM (BEP) Cuadro de producci\u00f3n y suministro de modelos (plantilla, resumen, ejemplo) Anexo BIM al contrato Estas plantillas BIM deben utilizarse como propuesta para la disposici\u00f3n de los documentos y su contenido m\u00ednimo, lo que permitir\u00e1 una correcta implementaci\u00f3n de BIM que cumpla todos los requisitos del proyecto y de la organizaci\u00f3n.
