Ha sido elaborado por especialistas en construcci\u00f3n digital y utiliza un formulario automatizado para facilitar la preparaci\u00f3n de acuerdos BIM. Publicado en Word o Excel, cubre todas las secciones que deben desarrollarse en un acuerdo BIM y ofrece un cuestionario para ayudar a redactar las secciones, de modo que sean adecuadas al proyecto. Tambi\u00e9n se incluyen los procesos comunes a todos los proyectos BIM.
