Los AIR son un documento que forma parte del proceso ISO 19650. En pocas palabras, debe articular los datos de activos que la organizaci\u00f3n o el propietario desean que se entreguen al finalizar el proyecto. En muchos casos, es probable que los procesos de gesti\u00f3n de activos\/instalaciones ya existan en su organizaci\u00f3n, pero es posible que no se hayan estructurado de forma que puedan especificarse como entregables del proyecto. Los AIR especifican la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para operar y mantener con \u00e9xito un activo, centr\u00e1ndose normalmente en componentes espec\u00edficos del mismo.
