Los PIR representan un desarrollo posterior de los requisitos de la organizaci\u00f3n, pero perfeccionado para que sea m\u00e1s espec\u00edfico del proyecto. Los PIR se crean para satisfacer las necesidades de los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos de las partes contratantes, aunque se centran en la informaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica que puede proporcionarse como parte de las fases de entrega de un proyecto. La informaci\u00f3n solicitada como parte de los PIR debe servir de base para la toma de decisiones clave en momentos clave del ciclo de vida del proyecto.
