La Empresa de Desarrollo Urbano de Medell\u00edn (EDU) es una empresa p\u00fablico-privada de desarrollo urbano orientada a mejorar las condiciones de vida de los residentes locales, lo que es posible en sectores como el de la vivienda, gracias a los dise\u00f1os realizados con BIM. De un equipo de 150 personas, 47 trabajan regularmente con BIM. Como tal, EDU es una entidad de desarrollo y gesti\u00f3n de proyectos que centraliza y desarrolla proyectos urbanos y arquitect\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n
