Este documento, publicado en 2019, fue desarrollado por Planbim junto con un comit\u00e9 directivo compuesto por 34 organizaciones privadas, p\u00fablicas y acad\u00e9micas. Se basa en reglamentos, est\u00e1ndares y protocolos BIM internacionales. El enfoque principal del documento es el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n durante el proyecto. Sus destinatarios son las instituciones p\u00fablicas que regulan, licitan y\/o encargan proyectos a otras instituciones, y las empresas privadas que prestan servicios en este contexto. Aunque este est\u00e1ndar se ha elaborado para proyectos p\u00fablicos, tambi\u00e9n puede utilizarse para proyectos privados.
