En la mesa redonda, 32 representantes de las principales empresas mundiales de dise\u00f1o, ingenier\u00eda y construcci\u00f3n, asociaciones sectoriales, administraciones p\u00fablicas e instituciones acad\u00e9micas debatieron cuestiones clave y elaboraron medidas para su implementaci\u00f3n a nivel empresarial, industrial y gubernamental. Estas medidas se detallan en el plan de acci\u00f3n descrito en este informe. Para mejorar la productividad y hacer frente a los retos mundiales, el sector de la infraestructura y el desarrollo urbano debe superar los obst\u00e1culos al talento para atraer, cualificar y retener a un n\u00famero suficiente de personas con las competencias pertinentes.
