Academic researchersEuropean Investment Bank (EIB) and Czech Ministry of Finance CZK 48.8 billion total loan (CZK 24 billion in 2023, CZK 13 billion in 2024) to upgrade TEN-T railway lines and deploy European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS). Managed by Správa železnic under Ministry of Transport. Project consists of ~40 sub-projects scheduled completion by end 2028. Several sub-projects prepared with JASPERS support to align with EU standards.
