Building Information Modeling (BIM) for federal buildings is a cooperative working methodology with which, based on digital models of a building, the information and data relevant to its life cycle are consistently recorded, managed and exchanged between those involved in transparent communication or handed over for further processing become. To implement the BIM method for federal buildings, the goals and implementation strategy were described in a master plan. This is, among other things, the basis for a BIM manual in which the work aids (AH) required for operational safety are gradually developed and published for all relevant subject areas. e-Leap in Construction From the recovery and resilience facility’s funds for digital transformation in enterprises 4,5 million euros will be invested in digitalizing the Estonian construction sector. Under the name ehituse e-hüpe / e-leap in construction the funding programme is aimed at Estonian companies and institutions working in or with the construction sector, in order to develop or use digital tools and to expand the services offered on the Estonian e-construction platform. The programme is managed by Estonian Ministry of Economy together with the State Shared Service Centre. 

buildingSMART Chapter Slovenia is a local branch of the international organization buildingSMART International (bSI), which is the leading initiator of the development of “open BIM” standards in the field of digitalization of the built environment. buildingSMART Chapter Slovenia operates within the Association for Information Modeling of Construction, siBIM. The mission of the buildingSMART Chapter Slovenia is the promotion of open BIM in Slovenia and everything related to it: support for the development of open standards in bSI and local promotion and implementation at home. The main goal is to educate the stakeholders involved, to implement current transfers of information and data within BIM processes with the help of developed open standards, especially between all software tools. BuildingSMART Chapter Slovenia has set itself the following specific tasks for the period 2021 – 2023: · Raising awareness and educating the Slovenian professional public about the importance of open BIM standards; · Active participation in local initiatives related to the digitization of the built environment; · Organizing the implementation of bSI educational programs and certifications; · Encouraging and involving our members in working groups within bSI; · Cooperation with other Chapters and exchange of experiences.
This website is focused on Green and Energy Efficiency Building in Vietnam. The website is collated and hosted by the Ministry of Construction (MOC) to promote this topic within industry. The project is to improve energy efficiency in commercial buildings and high-rise apartments in Vietnam. It is funded and supported by the United Nations Development Program/Global Environment Facility (UNDP/GEF). The project aims to reduce the intensity of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the Construction industry in Vietnam over the next few years. The direct objective of the project is to improve energy efficiency in commercial and apartment buildings in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi. This objective is accomplished through three components (1) Improving the enforcement capacity of the Code on Energy Efficient Buildings; (2) Initiatives to support the development of the construction market; and (3) Applications and replication of energy-saving construction technologies. Each component includes a number of complementary activities designed to remove barriers to strict implementation of the Code and greater adoption of energy-saving technologies, systems and practices. in construction in commercial buildings and high-rise apartments. Whilst not directly BIM focused the site make references back to the BIM initiatives in Vietnam and the importance of this in the next steps.
