October 16, 2025. Ministry of Construction and JICA agreed to deepen strategic cooperation in construction, transportation, flood control, smart urban development. JICA assisted in nearly 70 construction/transportation projects worth US$10B+ significantly contributing to infrastructure modernization. Urged continued support for upgrading seaports and logistics with focus on green and smart port models 2027-2030
