Singapore BIM Guide

Building and Construction Authority

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development and transformation of the built environment sector, in order to improve Singapore’s living environment. BCA oversees areas such as safety, quality, inclusiveness, sustainability and productivity, all of which, together with their stakeholders and partners help enables them to meet their mission to transform the Built Environment sector and shape a liveable and smart built environment for Singapore. BCA leads the transformation of the built environment sector through developing a highly competent professional workforce, adopting productive and game-changing technologies, and promoting the sector’s niche expertise overseas. The Singapore BIM Guide has been drafted by the BIM Guide Workgroup on behalf of BCA and the BIM Steering Committee.

This is a reference guide that outlines the roles and responsibilities of project members when using BIM at different stages of a project.
