June 2024 study using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) extended with system quality, user interface, personal innovativeness for BIM adoption assessment. 527 respondents, nearly half aged 18-25 indicating young AEC professionals. Findings: system interactivity, user interface design, personal innovativeness significantly influence behavioral intention to use BIM. Practical insights for strategic BIM implementation, AEC companies should invest in BIM software as antecedent constructs influence adoption.
