Empirical cost-benefit analysis of BIM implementation in three Czech public sector healthcare projects: Children’s Sanatorium with Speleotherapy, Air Rescue Services Base, and Neurorehabilitation Center. Analysis reveals BIM adoption led to measurable reductions in rework, improved stakeholder coordination, enhanced facility management efficiency with cost-benefit ratio of more than 4.5. Based on real project data including BIM documentation and project budgets.
