Construction industry expected to register 5% average annual growth 2024-2028, supported by Digital Uzbekistan 2030 strategy and New Uzbekistan Strategy 2022-2026. Targets include: UZS844.3 trillion ($67 billion) in foreign investment, 25% renewable energy by 2026, 9 million tourists annually. 7,656 projects planned under Regional Investment Programs framework in 2024.
